strange ‘errors’ prevent posting. How do I fix this.

I have been trying to post a question.,

When I try to post I get two errors.

question. above my title there are two errors, “Slow down; you move too fast”, and” Duplicate topic detected; it looks as though you’ve already said that”.   I don’t understand the first one at all. Second one, I don’t see any duplicate any idea.

Please someone tell me how to deal with these errors, so I can  post my actual question.
