    Hello all,

I need help with a report that prints onto labels. In the attached sample db, a report named “rptfltest1” prints on a custom cut 8.5 x 11 sheet of labels of varying sizes.

At the bottom of the report is a list of tests a potential signed up to take.Above that, on the left (in boxed regular type) is a subreport listing each of the below tests twice, to print 2 labels for each test. There are 6 labels cut for this (3 tests w/ 2 labels each).

I need the report to roll to a next page (and next) if 4 or more exams are scheduled, so the second page of labels has all of the same info in the other areas, but lists the the rest of the tests as needed (if there are 18 tests scheduled, 6 sheets would print)in the sub report.

    What am I missing here?

    Thanks for your help.

    Dave P.

That’s pretty unusual. I don’t understand the present design – you have included fields in the page header that vary from record to record, such as OPName. So if the report happens to spread out to a second page or more, you’ll see a rather arbitrary value.

        Sorry Hans,
This label sheet will only print for one person at a time, so I was experimenting with data in headers and such. I’ll try to group the tests in a level of their own, force a new page, and just reference the data for the labels in the middle.

        thanks for your response…
