I’ve had this problem for some time now. One of my accounts, which I have imported a significant amount of my old emails to, will never finish synchronizing. This is an IMAP account.
The synchronizing screen is shown below:
The .ost file is about 4.75GB in size. One of my other accounts, also IMAP, has an .ost about 2.85GB in size and synchronizes fine.
I know this is little info to start with, but feel free to request any specific info that might help troubleshoot this issue. This issue has been occurring for at least 2 years.
