    Hello everyone:

I worked with a client for a few days this week. Absolute nightmare, one thing I did notice was that the previous person who held the position; created a lot of word docs, however they were in a table like format.

Why would this person create a letter in such a format? Why not just use the typical margins etc. I am not an advanced user, however, I have never seen this before.

    Thanks dillon

Without seeing the documents it’s hard to say – we don’t know what they look like. One possible reason is that many corporate letter designs have a sidebar with address information etc. This could be implemented using a text box, but also using a two column table – one for the sidebar text, and one for the body text.

Since I only made a not-very-educated guess, I don’t know what I could refer you to.
