I am retyping an old document; there is a large table in the middle that takes a full A4 in landscape, put I would like to turn the table round so it is the same as the rest of the document in portrait.

I have turned the page but the table does not turn.

I have office 2000

Replies

Tables can be set independent of the page size, so a table is allowed to overlap a page. The only way to fix it is to manually alter the column widths.

You mean turn the page then adjust table to size of paper then adjust each row?

Something like that. Each column will need to be adjusted or you can shrink the table and “distribute columns evenly”.
