table’s fields outlook (a97)

hi there
I hv a question abt the making table with fields remain unchange.
Everymonth i will receive a data table(table1). Frm table1, i want the mod field data will show on column side (pls see table2)
My question is whatif the fields for e.g ‘L4’ were not in the data in the table1 but the table 2 which i already set hv the L4? I don want to replace or create a new table. I wan to use the table2 becoz all the data fields are set. so how to make the L4 available in the table2 n value shows 0 although in the table1 do not hv L4?Pls help the desperate here ….

It would be nice if you wrote complete words instead of hv and abt and pls. This is not a chat site.

You can fix the columns in the crosstab query by setting the Column Headings property of the query. See attached version.

i unable to open the access file. The error message said ‘Unrecognize database format. Currently im using a97. Please resend.

for your info, my office are using MS97 but at home im using MS2K. So the file i send to you earlier was sent frm my home.
