    Hi –

Have been playing with Table Properties/Text wrapping/Around. It seems that one can move a table to be on same line as another table – but just one time. Trying to get a third table on same line nests the table. Is this a limitation of Around? My test tables were very small, so there was room on the line for more tables

It’s very well possible to have three or more tables next to each other – see the attached document. But you have to be careful not to drag one table on top of another one. Fortunately, you can always undo an action if it doesn’t have the desired result.

        Thank you, Hans.

I have been experimenting since getting your post, and still run into the same problem: the first 2 tables appear side by side, no problem. Moving the third to be next to the 2nd, it becomes nested.

I am attaching a sample of what I’m talking about.

        Thank you for your time.

I’m not entirely sure, but I think it’s because the first table is inline with the text. Drag the first table away from its original location, then drag each of the three tables to the position where you want them. This may take a bit of trial and error.

            Hans –

I think the problem was that the left margin was too narrow:5″; when I changed this, the problem went away.
