I draw a webcomic that takes place in a research facility called LABS. A couple months back I did a short story about email and tech support. I thought folks here might like it.
(I hope posting this here is ok, I didn’t see anything in the rules against it.)

We now return to tech support for some advice regarding a “Crashing Computer”.
Aaron, did you try to set up a too long stretch of active hours on your computers? 😉
Georgia sounds like a guy I used to work with. He somehow got an A+ certification, but I have no idea how, because he literally knew nothing about computers.
