      One thing missing from your first installment of the Start menu superguide was instruction for arranging the items on the Task Bar in a particular order. They are arranged alphabetically in the “User Pinned” subdirectory, but on the task bar itself they cannot be easily re-arranged among the three rows I have (collapsed). Displaying all three rows of the taskbar lets me move a pinned icon among the rows, but it is difficult to again collapse the rows. Is there another way to re-arrange the pinned icons? I prefer to have them grouped by function.

      Thanks for any tips here. (Win7 x64, Aero on)
