I’m researching Third Party Patch Management solutions. Is anyone using one that they love or hate and care to share why? Our environment is roughly 30 endpoints with 2/3 in-office and the rest remote.

      I’ve used a few.

There’s lots of potential issues in specific details so you’ll want to be a bit more specific… none of them is likely to be perfect.

One major thing is operating system version. Patch management support for Windows Home is … variable… and support for mixed client systems (Windows, Mac, Linux, other distro of Linux, whatever) is uncommon or worse.

The patch management that comes with some of the F-Secure packages for Windows is surprisingly good (what with being able to patch third-party applications like LibreOffice and such for you) but I’m fairly sure you can’t buy it separately, so…

All endpoints are running Win10 Pro, with the exception of 2 Server 2012 and 1 Server 2019.
