      Probably a good idea when creating a new Admin account as suggested in this column, to set it as type “Administrator” before logging out of existing account and then demoting its rights to “standard user”. Otherwise, you won’t have an “administrator” account. Altho i’m sure Win 8 would not let this happen, or would it?
