You can’t. You are trying to open the wrong my documents,my pictures, my music …folders.

Your documents, pictures, music.. are at C:\Users\’USER’

You should not access files, that are locked by design.

If I wanted to do something like you do, I would use my administrator account for it.

What do you mean locked?
