Uninstall Windows while protecting monitor capability

I have a 13 year old Sony AIO which has the capability of being used as a monitor. It served me well but was replaced several years ago. OneDrive has been unlinked from it. It has a gorgeous 24” LED backlit touch screen. I have tried it out as a monitor and it works just great. Looking for best way to uninstall all computer functions from it so it can be used only as a monitor. In other words, make it safe to give to someone. Could uninstalling Windows cause problems with the graphics and other monitor functions? I’m fairly computer literate but definitely not a techie so…….. Thanks.

Just reset windows to factory settings before you pass it on.

Thank you, R-Type. I guess I was making the whole process more complicated than necessary. Just been very reluctant so I don’t lose the monitor capability. I know someone who can really use this large screen. Appreciate your simple common sense. wsjudson
