Unpublish an eform in a public folder

I have created a public folder to store e-forms for our site. This folder does NOT show as an eform folder from the exchange admin “Forms Administrator”
I am able to publish forms to this directory through Outlook, but the “published” forms do not show if you simply browse to the folder through the drop down list (you must find them through “choose form” in Outlook.
My problem is this — HOW do you “UNPUBLISH” a form that you want to delete from such a public folder???
