I have windows 10 pro and i want to update to 1903 and make sure its not 1909. I actually do not know how to do it??

  I have upgraded 1809 to 1903 by setting Feature deferral days to 120 and waiting for Microsoft to display 1903 availability.
  Another way is to download 1903 ISO to a removable USB and upgrading from that device.
