    I have been using windows 10 for about a month.
    I would like to do a clean install and I am wondering how can I reactivate office 365 personal after since I only have one install?
    I tried to do a chat with Microsoft and got nowhere.

      You can manage your installations by logging in to Office365 with your Microsoft account details. Have you tried it?

        after a little more research it looks like I can deactivate thru my office account and hopefully that will allow me to reinstall it after I do the clean install. (at least I hope)

      You can always install it, validation may be problematic, but the Microsoft account you used to buy Office can be used to deactivate any existing installation and thus allow the activation of a new one. As I said, login to office365 and handle it from there.
