Has anyone any idea why the UserForm_Activate() event does not appear in the object browser?

I dont think the User form is documented in the Object Browser at all. You will need to use the help files for guidelines here!

AFAIK events are never listed in the object browser, but I could be proven wrong.

Events are definitely listed in the object browser.

Look under MSForms, then the UserForm class. All the other events seem to be there, e.g. AddControl, BeforeDragOver, BeforeDropOrPaste, Click, etc. but not Activate.

There seem to be several more missing too, e.g. Deactivate, Initialize, Resize, QueryClose.

Perhaps these events are exposed as part of another interface which UserForm is implementing but I can’t find that interface.

I see workbook and sheet events in the Object browser. They are represented with a yellow lightning strike! I do not see a MSForms or a UserForm class.???

Add a UserForm to you project and MSForms will appear in the library dropdown in the object browser. UserForm is a class in that library.

          Hi Adam,
You are quite correct but I don’t know why the events don’t appear. If you browse the Help files, certain events seem to be stored in the Visual Basic help files and others in the Visual Basic Forms help files. Ours not to reason why…
