    All,
I have a spreadsheet that I use the form view to populate the data. The form can be access quickly by selecting the ARA Metrics button that is added(and removedd) via a macro. Is is possible to have the form view use a dropdown or picklist? Please see attached file.

      AFAIK not with the dataform.

You could create your own with code to add it.

Another option is John Walkenbach’s Enhanced Data Form v2. It is free to use, but customizing has a charge to get the password.

      Steve,
Thanks for the input. I went to the link and that works fine. I followed the information and created the necessary defined range.

      Thanks again,
      Brad
