Is it possible to change the number of rows displayed on a drop down when applying validation?

The length of the dropdown list for Validation isn’t configurable. Perhaps you can use the combo box from the Forms toolbar instead of validation. Put it over the linked cell. You can set the number of dropdown lines by right clicking the combo box and selecting Format Control, Control tab.
