I have an Access 2016/365 application that runs in Windows 2007 and Windows 10. The application uses a /cmd in the startup shortcut to specify whether the application should open in production mode or sandbox mode. Just put the application on a Microsoft Surface computer, Win 10 & Office 2016/365, and find the vba function Command() is not returning a value. I’ve triple checked the /cmd switch and the syntax is correct.ย Have been searching the web for “Command()” function issues and not yet founding anything.
Would appreciate any thoughts on why it doesn’t work on a Microsoft Surface computer. Is there some setting the Surface has which would enable it?
