Verifying a large email list

Hello

I need to verify a large email list.

Anybody knows if there a web site that allows me to upload the list and check for free.

Otherwise a place to offer this kind of service that is reliable and cheap?

It is not possible to verify an email list because it requires that each postmaster for each domain allows individual address verification and that is never likely to happen.
You can write a simple program that attempts to send an email to each address (see this page for an example) and see if the attempt fails. Again this does not guarantee that an address is valid, only that mail to that address is accepted by the host.

Try ListMaster Pro from AnalogX (http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/Network/lmpro/Freeware.htm). I use this quite often to validate formatting and existence of email addresses.
