Visio 2007 Internet Shape search not working

Visio Web Shapes – Unable to establish a connection. Check Tools -> Options->

When trying to search the internet for shapes it fails with a message similar to the above.
I’m told it used to work.

Anyone seen this, or even better, fixed it before? Does the system use unusual ports that might be blocked by the firewall?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this feature has never worked well if at all. We’re Visio specialists and have not had any reliable success with the built in shape search feature. What are you trying to find? Our http://www.shapesource.com site offers thousands of network equipment shapes for free We have other categories as well for purchase. I may also be able to suggest other sources if you can tell me what you are looking for.
