When inserting VideoLAN VLC ActiveX plugin v2 into a Powerpoint slide the PowerPoint program crashes when the display box is drawn. I have had this work okay with Win XP and with Vista but in Win 7 Powerpoint always crashes.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any cures or suggestions?
