    W10 Outlook CONSTANTLY tells me that my email server is OFFLINE when I KNOW it isn’t. My old W7 computer using the old Windows Mail app works perfectly on that box and my iPad never has any problem accessing email.

    Anyone else frustrated? Ideas?

      I would look for a new network card device driver or a non-Microsoft version to try.
