W10 Task bar still flaky after all these years

I am having trouble getting the taskbar(or what ever they to come up. Am I missing something ? Any body else having this problem?

Do you have the task bar set to auto-hide?

Have you tried locking it?

I have not even played around w/ a Metro/Modern/Universal App. I do have it set to auto hide, its a wonderful thing! My problem is getting it to AUTO unhide.

I am not up on the metro stuff. What ever I see when it boots. This is VERY annoying. What I get for complaining about the task bar not hiding maybe??:mellow:p
