what are the options to recover deleted sheets within an excel file? nothing in the recycle bin

excel file isnt in AppDataRoamingMicrosoftExcel

autosave is set to 120 mins though it should have saved at least once…

same with the autosave backups — there are none

Might you have initiated File History and forgotten to check that option?
