I found this image on Pinterest. I’d love to attribute it, but don’t know where it came from, although the description says it’s from Odessa, Ukraine.

What does it say? The screen isn’t blue and the text is unreadable.

Search using Google for “Pinterest BSOD Odessa Ukraine”. Click on “Images for Pinterest BSOD Odessa Ukraine”. Click on “billboard in Odessa Ukraine…” and you get “Unknown Foggy Object – a projection billboard in Odessa Ukraine at night # bsod #pbsod“. Click on “View more“. Click on “Marketing Mind on Titter: “In 2009, a…”“: This gives:

      Foggy Night Billboard

The “A foggy night in Odessa, Ukraine, when a digital billboard crashed and displayed a floating error warning in the night sky” reddit posting says it better and shows this:ย A foggy night in Odessa, Ukraine, when a digital billboard crashed and displayed a floating error warning in the night sky.

Oh, I see. My first (and only) thought when seeing the original posted image, was that it was a Photoshop job, overlaying some unreadable error message over a nighttime sky. You know, like a work of art.

Didn’t occur to me that a billboard might run on Windows, or any other OS for that matter.
