• Where has Custom Recipient gone?

In Exchange 5.5, you used to be able to add a Custom Recipient to the Global Address Book; since we upgraded to Exchange 2000, I can’t find out how to add these! I’ve checked the Help files, but there’s no reference!?!? Is there a new terminology used? How can I create Custom Recipients in Exchange 2000?

    Please help.

Thanks in anticipation for any help.

in AD Users and Computers, add a user with the outside email address. I can’t recall if you need to exchange enable them and change the address to the outside smtp on the exchange general tab or if you just need to add the address to the user. i don’t have access to the AD MMC from this computer to doublecheck but can later in the day, if this isn’t enough to help you figure it out.
