I installed a spam program for Outlook, and it got screwed up (never to me of course!), but, after uninstalling using an Uninstaller prog, the tab, after re-installing, does not return.

Where does Outlook store the tab info that obviously is being missed in the uninstall/re-install process?

    Regards,

What do you mean by Tab info. A section of the ribbon is missing? A tab in a dialog is gone?? Is it something that is built into Outlook 2010 that has disappeared, or something associated with the add-in?

It’s a tab the add-in creates Jefferson. It installs fine, and most times it works fine. But then on a few occasions, I’ve opened up Outlook, and that tab is *gone*. Not there to be added back to the ribbon or anything!

I suggest you download Revo Uninstaller. It’s free and it will solve your problem in one scan.
