    during opening a avi file from my Mediaplayer i recive this:

      What version of Windows Media Player do you have?
      Can you play any other avi files?
      If you have downloaded this particular file from the web, have you tried downloading again in case it is corrupted?

        My system win 2000 prof

        … but during the opening of file reprodicing of this avi the system require codec div3

          The Div3 codec (coder-decoder) is part of the DivX package. You can download it for free from DivX Codec. Get the 5.1.1 version, it includes Div3, Div4 and Div5.
