Why am I getting KB 4480966 again

On the 1st February, I installed KB4480966 taking me to 1803 17134.523.

Today, when I set my connection unmetered to install a language pack in Office 365, I also got notified of the same KB again.

Any ideas?

OK,

I ‘hid’ the update in wushowhide, and then it did not show as hidden.

A reboot cleared it (without changing the ‘Last Checked’ date).

So, a glitch in windows update. Who’d of guessed it.

A reboot cleared it

Was this the first reboot since installation? Or have there been more than one?

This was the firest reboot; I didn’t want to do anything until I understood the situation better.
