I just found out that the Mar 25 update set all my folders and files to read-Only !!!
Now I can’t install mod files or use my mod manager. For some reason, programs can’t “see” files in any directory. They act like the directories are all empty! It’s probably not the only thing I can’t do, just the only thing I’ve run into so far!
I only discovered this recently when one of the games I play refused to boot up. (Witcher 3 Wild Hunt). It had a routine to read mod files and configure them on game start up and can’t read those files anymore!
How do I undo this??? I’ve tried to change the folders attributes, but as soon as it completes the process, the files and folders immediately change back to read-only !!!
