    For the past few days my PC has been giving a “fatal error” when shutting down and now it won’t boot past the “welcome” screen. F8 won’t bring up the boot options either. Any ideas? I am at work right now and tried to walk my wife throught some things but would like some ideas to try when I get home. Thanks…
