    I have tried numerous times to upgrade to Windows 10 on my Samsung Ativ 9 laptop running Windows 8.1. I have tried both through Windows Update and by using the medial creation tool. It fails at exactly the same point, as per the message in the title. I have tried the various trouble shooting options including disabling driver signatures, boot into safe mode, etc. but get the same message every time – Windows cannot restart. Any ideas on what to do next?
