      I’m downloading it now.

      Famous last words!

They have already released the 32-bit version…

      Yep, i got 32-bit too

FYI, Cloud edition received its standalone ESD

meaning, no need to frankenbuild its license on Pro edition

I just tried to download 15042. Download went fast, install seemed to go ok, got to the login screen then ran into a reboot. “Your computer ran into a problem.” Continual reboot/ran into a problem. stop code was SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. Oh, well, I will replace the image tomorrow and try again. At least the download was normal this time!

      • #97213

        Graphics driver issue?
Can you try to see more details on screen before rebooting?

        • #97235

VM’s gone! Will copy backup and try again. I may have caused the issue myself. More later.

        • #97321

MacMini, latest MacOS, Intel Graphics, Thunderbolt screen, Win10 TP in a Parallels VM.
Replaced the VM with the backup. Install went well. After the first login, Parallels Tools installs. On reboot – BSOD with above stop code. Got to the troubleshooting screen in the bootup where it gives you the options SafeMode, Command Prompt, etc. If I choose Low res graphics, it comes up, pops to hi res, then I can login OK. But the next time I bring it up, BSOD again.
Seems to be a conflict between the Parallels graphics drivers and the MS drivers.

Wonder if MS is packaging their poisonous Intel drivers with 15041 – seems we’ve had SOME discussion about that lately!!

I may try again with the “exclude drivers” settings in 15031 before I upgrade. What can it cost – 15 minutes to recopy the VM, 3.5GB download, 30 min install 30 min crash and burn, 15 min min to recopy the VM, wait for Parallels to fix what MS breaks…

          • #97726

Maybe try it without Parallels Tools?

I’m only speaking theoretically as I’ve only used VMware, but the tools that install in the guest OS – if they’re anything like VMware Tools – do need to know about the guest OS at the driver level.

Tried uninstalling Parallels Tools already. Didn’t work.

I am having the same experience as I did last Build….

      No Download here.

Downloaded 64 bit Version perfectly and installed OK first time (on to a real machine not a virtual one). I notice that there is no watermark in the bottom RH corner of the desktop. Also I can now join my existing Homegroup which I could not do with the 2 previous versions, but there are still issues accessing some of the files on one of my computers on the network. Seems to be working OK so far apart from that; still playing with it!

      Well Woody,

This is a record for me. Just before 19:00 MST, 15042 is Downloading the ESD version. I had the UUP version about 30 hours ago and made a Delta ISO. I wand the ESD to to make a Full ISO,for many reasons, I don’t know if MS is playing games or if this is really Part of there “Build” Problem???

Did you see the? problems I had with 15042 (above). No download problem (using BITS = 100). I haven’t had time to get back to it yet to find out what’s going on. Will post eventually.

I think I did before but I have had DO locked down for a while, so it didn’t help.

I am curious. Are you referring to DO = Dec 100, HEX 64??? You say ‘BITS’???

Now that the D/L has started, No Problem, got go and make my ISO now…. 😀

OKAY we are talking about the same thing.
I use the Registry that is the only difference.

You have heard of the Service “Background Intelligent Transfer Service” commonly called BITS. 😀

Well I Upgraded from Build 15031 to 15042 with the UUP Delta ISO, After a Restart post Upgrade process Restarts. I ended up with a Failed Windows Firewall. Thus no Ethernet or Wifi communication possible!

Next step when I get back to it, is to do an In Place Update from the Full ISO.

Anybody still wondering why I insist on getting a Full Install.ESD? There are other reasons too.

      Broken Windows Firewall

I’m still working with mine too (not UUP). Mine seems to be related to the graphics drivers.

        • #97867

My Image was to corrupted to even do an IP Update, so I rolled back with Paragon and moved on to 15046. It D/L right away no muss no fuss. I have my Full ISO build now and going to do UUP way next…. 😀
