HP win 7 SP 1 2yr old Desktop
Just went thru a difficult reinstall that let me with more ?’s.
Under c/ users i noticed locks on the folder icons. Searched the net for solutions & found that it comes under security settings,a subject that I have no experience.
I need advice on how to get rid of the locks,please.:)
