Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it. |
Windows update has offered me 3172729 this month (July 2021).
Why would I get this old update offered to me now ? Should I install it ?
I have checked and 3172729 is not installed but 3173424 is installed.
The latest SSU installed is 4524445 (Nov 2019). Later SSUs 4540725, 4562253, 4566425, 5001403 are not installed.
