My Windows 10 computer is a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga S1, which is a first generation Yoga device.
I generally update Windows Defender definitions when my Windows 10 Pro Version 1703 on the “Current Branch for Business” pesters me about my definitions being one week old. Every time that I update the definitions, I run the “Quick Scan” option. It has never found any problems on my system since I upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1.1
However, there is a new wrinkle now with the Quick Scans. After scanning the system, it reports that it has found nothing. But, after I accept that message, the Windows Defender Security Center opens up and tells me that it excluded the folder – C:\ProgramFiles\(x86)\Intel\Bluetooth.
What is happening here? Have I been hacked?
