Windows 10 version 22H2
I know that to search in Windows Explorer for all files <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>without</span> a txt extension, the syntax is NOT *.txt
But how would I search for all files that are <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>not</span> shortcuts? Any way to do this in Windows Explorer?
