In Windows Live Mail, when clicking on a message to read or reply to it, or try to compose a new message, the screen is raised, cutting off the top inch of the ribbon. My Operating System is Windows 7 Home Premium, SP 1 (64 bit). I have run a repair on Windows Essentials (version 15.4.3555.0308) via the Control Panels Programs, but with no success. I have no problem with the home page, only the succeeding screens. Is there anything I can do short of a re-install.

I have solved the problem – I opened Dragon NaturallySpeaking while viewing a message, and enter the command to “maximize screen”. That did the trick– I closed the program and reopened, and experienced no further problem. If anyone else should have a similar problem, I’m sure the Windows voice recognition program would accomplish the same purpose.
