Windows Update Issues (Failure)

Hi there, I just did a brand new installation of a Win7 Ultimate 7 Lite on my Netbook which full details have been specificated at the time of registration.
Since then the Windows Updates is continuosly searching updates for my OS without giving me any results at all.
If I check at the list of the installed updates is empty; looked at the log file hereby attached, downloaded the kb2479628.msu file but when I try to install it it start looking for installed upates on my computer giving me again no reply at all, and keeping is searching on.
What is supposed I should do in order to “unblock” the Windows Updates software?
I dont know if the coder who made the lite version has somehow disabled the Windows Updates functionality.
Waiting for any help I remain.

I also attach the FRSTand MiniToolBox logs in order to let you see if any malware is affecting my OS.

Please note that there are parts of the logs in spanish language coz my OS itself is in Spain’s Spanish (hope you’ll be able to understand it, otherwise I’ll have to translate it as I could, coz I dont know the exact technical english words).

The video card driver is unupdatable, even using the Intel Driver Update Utility or the Windows option: Search for the software online.

Please note this is a LITE distro of a Windows 7 Ultimate SP 1 commercial release; its means that has been modified by a coder, a programmer (not me, Im unable to do it), so its not genuine at all (before your question, my reply). 45291-Addition-FRST45292-FRST45293-MTB[/FONT][/COLOR]
