Windows Update Missing Updates

I attempted to apply the August updates yesterday but I noticed the following:

wushowhide (attachment 1) and Windows Update MiniTool (attachment 2) both show the following three updates available:

1. Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool (KB890830)
2. 2024-08 Cumulative Update for .Net Framework (KB5042352)
3. 2024-08 Cumulative Update for Windows (KB5041580)

But Windows Update (attachment 3) is showing me only the Cumulative Update (KB5041580).  Why are the other two missing? What can I do to get the missing two to show?  Should I go ahead and install the one showing?  What is the step?
