Running Win 10 32 bit. For the past few months I get the following update installed every day:

Security Update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (KB2538242).

Sometimes there is a number after it in brackets, e.g. (2). I have done the typical things to try to correct this, like running the Update troubleshooter, and renaming the Software Distribution folder and running update. Nothing changes.

It doesn’t seem to be having any effect on how my machine runs, but I haven’t been able to find out why this is happening. Is this behavior normal, and if not, how do I stop it?
