• winkey-E isn’t working

    This is very strange.  Winkey-E doesn’t do a thing.  All the other winkey-X’s do their thing, but not winkey-E.  Explorer is fine – . I rebooted.. no help.  Any ideas what might have happened [and how I might be able to fix it]?  Thanks!
