I am now updated to W10 and using WLM with IMAC as the input protocol. I am getting error prompts that the message is too large for the server, but most are NOT more than 1Meg. Also when trying to send a message to 10+ I get the same error prompt.
I really prefer POP3 but can’t figure out how to get back to that protocol for my input. Any suggetions?

Thanks. My concern is–in restting up my email acount with POP will I lose all my email files? Cox tech support told me I would. So is it an altrnative to same all my email files and then restore them after I set up a POP3 account?

      Which version of WLM?

If you have attachments or imbedded graphics which cause the message to be encoded then the message size could double.

Most email providers limit the size of emails – it’s a hangover from the old days of limited bandwidth, plus email is not a file transfer system. Try sending to fewer recipients at a time or, preferably, reduce the size of the email.

      cheers, Paul
