Hi there,
I wonder if someone could help me please, or at least point me in the right direction. If I have posted this question onto the wrong Forum, please let me know.
Some of our Users are on Windows XP SP1/Citrix MetaFrame XP FR3 and using Microsoft 2002 packages. The others Users are on NT4.0 and using Microsoft 97 packages.
The problem is that one of our XP Users printed a document from Word 2002 to a Laserjet 4100 Series PCL printer. When the document printed, there were large gaps missing from the document. I have tried to replicate the problem on my own pc, but the document prints fine.
I understand however that when a User on NT4.0/Word 97 prints the document, there are no problems at all.
All the XP Users are setup exactly the same, and at the moment, no-one else appears to have experienced this problem.
She also had another difficulty recently where she had created an e-mail in Outlook 2002 and it was saved to her Drafts folder. She was asked to make revisals to it, which she did. She then required to print the e-mail off, and only one of her changes was printed.
At first I thought it might be a printer driver issue, but as no-one else has experienced the problem, I thought I might post a question to see if anyone else can explain what might be happening and possibly a resolution.
Thanks in advance.
Teresa
