This item is doing me crazy.
I delete the Normal.dotm template and then start Word 2010. I remove the address in the Mailing Address field under Options and Advanced. I exit Word 2010 and the Normal.dotm is created. I start Word 2010. The Mailing Address is there.
Why? Where is the mail address being stored? Why is it being recreated.
I even ran the Office 2010 repair option. It did not fix the issue.
This is really frustrating for me.
As an FYI, this is happen on multiple in my office. I make changes in the Mailing Address and it is not saved.
Any thoughts as to how I can get this fixed?
