Word docs open in Outlook (2003 All Updates)

Some (but not all) of my word documents now appear to opening in Outlook in that I can see the Normal Outlook toolbars at the top of the screen (with the To.. Cc.. sections etc) and the word document opened at the bottom half of the screen. IF I open these from Word (rather than double clicking on the document), they open OK
Any suggestions appreciated

These documents probably have the e-mail envelope turned on. Click the E-mail button on the Standard toolbar to turn it off (see post 652,572).
