Zoom stopped working. Will not launch

I used zoom, 64 bit version, and it worked fine.  A few days later it would not launch. I tried all the usual things.  No luck.

I installed the 32 bit version and it works.

I wonder if a Windows Update might have changed something, perhaps the registry.  Whatever.

Others have this same problem.

I have 64bit with no issues. Go back to when it occurred, does it track with the install of an update?
