AskWoody LoungerHave you checked the Canon site for updated drivers?
I don’t see your printer listed in the Microsoft Hardware Compatibility list for Windows 10…
yes I did and it doesn’t show any drivers for WIN10. the funny thing is that it works just fine on both computers with it plugged in via the usb cord.
thanks for the advice I will keep digging and if I find a solution I will post it.Barry

I am on the RTM. I also looked around Edge and could not find anything. I was using the flash player home page to check my version.
I used the link you provided to install and now it shows version 19.
I was under the impression that this was a security patch not a upgrade to flash.

On mine it still shows version 18 installed and it will not let me install version 19. The message says flash is imbedded in WIN10 and no need to update.
Chrome on the other hand shows version 19 installed.
I wonder if this could be part of the problem.

AskWoody LoungerSeptember 10, 2015 at 2:29 pm in reply to: Has anyone opted to reinstall Windows 10 from scratch after upgrading from another Windows version? #1527770After using W10 for a month I also used the reset option. I have to say it worked great. it sure beats downloading the media and burning it to a DVD.
After reinstalling the back up I made my 5 year old desktop hasn’t worked this good since I first bought it.
